Koala: This week our Koala learned about butterfly 蝴蝶. We read the story "一隻好餓的毛毛蟲 (A Very Hungry Caterpillar)." Our koalas understood the importance of having good eating habits. |
|
|
Cubs: This week, our Cub's theme was different transportation, "郵輪, 飛機, and火車." We also talked about how should we treat people in different places such as "商店,圖書館 and 動物園." We learned a new song called "小小螢火蟲." When we were singing it, our Cubs danced like little fireflies and we really enjoy it! |

|
During the circle time, we read a new rhythm, "小袋鼠不買票." From the story, we learned that we need to buy tickets and follow the rule in most of the place such as theatre, cinema and zoo. For Math, we reviewed number from 1 to 10. And we are able to list the correct order from 15 to 30. |

Panda: Our weekly theme this week was “Animal 動物.” Our Pandas learned about favorite foods and living habits for different animals. We read the story "雄獅為什麼巨吼?" in circle time. |

|
For art, we made 3D lion craft, teddy bear hat and straw elephant. We also did show and tell about animals this week. For math, we traced and match numbers 1 - 30 and we did simple additions. Our pandas also reviewed what we learned from last week. |

|
Transitional Kindergarten: This week, our TK learned body organs. We learned different positions and different functions of "心臟(heart), 肺(lungs), 胃(stomach), 肝(liver) and 腸(intestine)." After recognizing the organs, we made body image by ourselves. We cut these five main organs from the paper and put them correctly on the body. |

We also painted ice cream portrait. We combined 三角形 with 圓形 to draw the frame of ice cream and then we used crayon to paint the ice cream and waffle. For Math, we learned dime this week. We recognized and sorted the penny nickle and dime. Last but not the least, our TK practiced several songs very serious this week. We can not wait to perform on the day of graduation day! |
